Hormone Optimization

Personalized, provider-guided hormone care designed to support energy, mood, metabolism, sleep, libido, and overall well-being.

Every treatment plan is individualized based on your symptoms, lab results, and clinical needs.

Understanding Hormones

Hormones are chemical messengers that regulate many of the body’s essential functions, including energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, libido, body composition, and overall wellness.

As we age, hormone levels naturally change and often decline. For some individuals, these changes can contribute to symptoms that affect how they feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Hormone optimization focuses on identifying possible imbalances through symptoms, medical history, and lab testing, then creating a personalized treatment plan when clinically appropriate.

Bioidentical Hormone Therapy

Bioidentical hormones are designed to closely match the hormones naturally produced by your body.

Treatment is guided by your symptoms, health history, lab results, and provider evaluation to ensure a safe, individualized approach.

Personalized Treatment Options

We offer various methods of hormone delivery depending on the type of treatment recommended and your individual needs.

Your provider will discuss the most appropriate method of hormone delivery with you based on your lifestyle, goals, symptoms, and clinical needs so that your treatment plan feels both effective and sustainable.

Common Symptoms for Men

Hormone changes can affect men in different ways. Some experience gradual changes over time, while others notice a more sudden shift. Not everyone experiences the same symptoms, and symptoms can range from mild to more disruptive.

Increased body fat or changes in body composition
Brain fog, poor focus, or trouble concentrating
Mood changes, irritability, low motivation, or not feeling like yourself

Common Symptoms for Women

Hormonal changes in women can show up in many different ways, especially during perimenopause and menopause, though symptoms may occur at other times as well. Every woman experiences symptoms a little differently, and the combination or severity of symptoms can vary from person to person.

Mood changes, anxiety, irritability, or feeling emotionally off-balance
Poor sleep, difficulty falling asleep, or waking frequently during the night
Fatigue, low energy, or feeling run down even with rest
Weight gain or increased difficulty losing weight
Low libido or reduced interest in intimacy
Hot flashes and night sweats
Symptoms related to perimenopause or menopause that affect day-to-day quality of life

How It Works

Getting started is simple. We guide you through each step to determine whether hormone therapy is appropriate and to build a plan that fits your needs.

Step 1: Initial Provider Visit ($99)
Meet with your provider to review your health history, symptoms, concerns, and goals. This initial evaluation helps determine whether hormone testing and further workup are appropriate for you.
Step 2: Lab Testing ($149)
If recommended, lab work will be ordered for you to complete at one of many local lab draw sites. This lab package includes standard hormone and baseline testing as well as your follow-up visit to review results with your provider.
Step 3: Review Results & Build Your Plan
Your provider will review your lab results with you and determine the most appropriate treatment plan based on your symptoms, lab findings, goals, and overall clinical picture.
Step 4: Ongoing Care (Starting at $199/month)
If treatment is clinically appropriate, you will begin an ongoing care plan that includes medication, shipping, a 6-week follow-up lab check and provider check-in, routine lab monitoring every 4 months, and ongoing support as needed.

Lab package includes standard hormone and baseline testing. Additional or specialized labs may be recommended based on individual needs and may result in additional cost.
